By harnessing primary reaction heat from the sulfur furnace and converter via a fire-tube boiler, this system generates double the steam compared to conventional technology. This isn't just about energy recovery; it's about redefining plant utility.

This surplus steam completely eliminates the need for electric chillers in the air drying unit. By powering a steam-driven lithium bromide chiller, we reduce the plant's overall power consumption by 15% .
